Most of us have to commute every day but it doesn’t have to be chore. Imagine instead if your commute was a time to get some fresh air, take some space to think and explore more of the world around you.

For the second in our series of commuter routes reimagined, we head further North to the bustling city of Liverpool.

Baltic Triangle to Liverpool Lime Street begins by taking you right along the vibrant Liverpool docks for some fresh sea air which is known to be full of health benefits and help with mental clarity for the day ahead.

Continuing along the historic waterfront, you’ll pass the dynamic modern structure housing the Museum of Liverpool, based on the unique design of the trading ships which at one time dominated the harbour. Next, you’ll arrive at the famous pier head and ride past The Three Graces, including the jewel in the crown: the Royal Liver Building.

Turning right into the city centre, you’ll then pass the birth place of music legends The Beatles, the Cavern Club, before gliding past St George’s Hall to arrive at Liverpool Lime Street. All before the working day begins.

So go on, take the scenic route. It’s time to rediscover your commute, and rediscover your city.
